I think when you realize that your dreams might not be understood by everyone, you begin to free yourself from the idea of people pleasing. When you free yourself from this idea is when you begin to find out what pleases you, whether it be to travel the world or just to sit down quietly somewhere and read a book; you no longer have to first go find their acceptance to do the things you like. Some people are never able to wrap their heads around this idea, that life is for the living and you can only do that by accepting that each day might bring death so live your life with meaning and purpose. Search the world, find the meaning in little things, read all the books you can get your hands on and love someone other than yourself wholeheartedly. Your life is a blessing and we are truly blessed, gain a few positive ideas about yourself, and the world around you life can’t be all that bad trust me. Finally, be humble in heart and in spirit because in giving to others we gain for ourselves the true meaning of what is to be human, I don’t know if you believe in a higher spirit but I do and He’s up there making sure that if we want to, truly want to we will live a purpose driven life that leaves eternal marks on the Earth and others.
